There cannot be any redistribution, manipulation, or usage of any photos, words in descriptions, or products without our expressed written permission from our company.  

Cancelation Policy:

Cancelations of orders are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase and will receive a full refund. 

Return & Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Exceptions may apply to certain individual orders so please contact us through our email and we will try to resolve the issue. For further inquiry please email us at olympiacraftsofficial@gmail.com to find the best solution. 

Receiving Orders/Shipping:

Items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of placement depending on demand. Once an order is shipped a tracking number will be personally sent to you. We are not responsible for what happens to the items after we have handed off the product to the carrier. There are fragile stickers and cushioned packaging that indicate the delicacy of our products.
